Pet Supplies currently offers delivery services only to addresses within the United States.
On the website checkout page, the delivery country/region is fixed as "United States"; we do not currently support international shipping or delivery to addresses in other countries/regions.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is located within the United States and that the address details are complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays or order cancellations.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders enter our processing workflow immediately after successful payment. Generally:

Orders may not be processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email containing tracking information.

6. Address Information
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete U.S. address information during the checkout process.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or an inability to deliver, reshipping the package may require additional time.
